1. 關於本平台

本網站 app.thetimeslarp.com（下稱「本平台」）由 RHPW Limited（以「時空本館 TheTimesLarp」名義經營，下稱「本公司」或「我們」）營運，提供劇本殺及實境角色扮演遊戲（LARP）場次之網上報名、會員及儲值服務。所有遊戲場次均於本公司位於香港九龍旺角塘尾道60-62B號福康工業大廈503室之場地進行。

使用本平台，即表示閣下同意受本條款及細則、退款政策及私隱政策約束。

2. 帳戶

  1. 閣下須以本人有效之香港手機號碼註冊，並經短訊驗證碼核實。閣下之手機號碼只會用作報名及確認場次預約之用。
  2. 閣下須提供稱呼及性別。部分劇本設有角色性別配額，性別資料用作安排角色。
  3. 閣下須妥善保管帳戶密碼，並對以閣下帳戶進行之一切操作負責。
  4. 如發現虛假報名、冒用他人資料、以自動程式大量操作或其他濫用行為，本公司有權暫停或終止有關帳戶。

3. 報名及成團

  1. 本平台提供三種報名方式：「快團」（已定日期時間之場次）、「拼團」（先集合玩家，成團後再協商日期）及「包團」（由一位玩家代表整隊報名）。
  2. 報名不代表已確認場次。每個劇本設有最少參與人數，達到最少人數方可成團。
  3. 成團後，本公司會以 WhatsApp 群組通知參與玩家，並安排繳付訂金及場次細節。
  4. 未能成團之場次可能會被取消，未成團之報名不會收取任何費用。
  5. 玩家可同時報名多個時段重疊之場次。當其中一個場次成團時，系統會自動取消同一時段其他場次之報名。

4. 費用及訂金

  1. 各劇本之價格以本平台所顯示者為準，以港幣計算。
  2. 成團後，每位玩家須於 48小時內 繳付訂金，訂金金額按場次公布。餘款於遊戲當日繳付。
  3. VIP／SVIP 會員享有會員價，並無須另行繳付訂金（由會員押金自動交訂，詳見第6條）。
  4. 訂金之取消、改期及沒收安排，請參閱退款政策。

5. 取消、改期及惡劣天氣

玩家取消或改期、未能出席、惡劣天氣安排及相關訂金處理方式，均載於退款政策，該政策構成本條款之一部分。

6. 會員制度

本公司設有 VIP 及 SVIP 兩種會員：

會員優惠

入會方法

  1. 以 WhatsApp 聯絡本公司（+852 4439 1980），或於店內向主持人申請成為會員。
  2. 繳付港幣100元會員押金及最少港幣1,000元增值金額（即合共最少港幣1,100元）。
  3. 經本公司於 WhatsApp 回覆確認，或由主持人當面確認後，即成功入會。

會員條款

  1. 入會須預繳港幣100元會員押金，用作自動繳付每次場次之訂金。會員於遊戲日期前14日內退出場次，本公司將於其帳戶扣除港幣100元作為救世金；於遊戲日期前2日內退出場次，將於其帳戶扣除該場次之團費作為救世金。
  2. 會員帳戶只供本人使用，不可外借予他人。
  3. 每人只可以一個電話號碼申請一個會員帳戶。如需更改電話號碼，請盡快通知本公司。
  4. 增值後之餘額只可用於支付本公司之遊戲場次及服務，不可兌換現金，亦不可轉讓予他人。
  5. 會員退出會籍時，本公司會退還港幣100元會員押金；帳戶內剩餘之增值餘額不設退款（詳見退款政策）。
  6. 會員條款以本頁最新版本為準。

7. 積分及虛擬物品

本平台之積分、造型、頭像框、伴手禮及禮物等虛擬物品只供於本平台內使用，並無現金價值，不可兌換現金或轉售。本公司可不時調整積分之獲取及使用規則，並會於本平台公布。

8. 網上付款

  1. 本平台之網上付款由第三方支付服務供應商 Airwallex 處理，以港幣結算。
  2. 本公司不會儲存閣下之完整信用卡資料。
  3. 付款成功後，款項一般會即時存入閣下之會員帳戶。如付款後未有入帳，請聯絡我們（WhatsApp：+852 4439 1980）跟進。

9. 場地及行為守則

  1. 玩家須遵守場地規則及工作人員指示，並愛護場地設施、道具及劇本物品。
  2. 如因玩家故意或疏忽而損壞場地設施或物品，本公司保留追討賠償之權利。
  3. 本公司有權拒絕任何干擾其他玩家或影響場地安全之人士參與。

10. 責任限制

在法律許可之範圍內，本公司對因使用本平台或參與遊戲而引致之任何間接或相應損失概不負責。本公司對任何一個場次之責任，以玩家就該場次實際已付之金額為上限。本條款不排除任何依法不可排除之責任。

11. 條款修改

本公司可不時修改本條款，修改後之版本會於本頁公布並更新上方日期。閣下於修改後繼續使用本平台，即表示接受經修改之條款。

12. 管轄法律

本條款及細則，以及閣下透過本平台作出之一切報名、訂單及付款，均受 中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律 管轄並按其詮釋。雙方同意接受香港特別行政區法院之非專屬司法管轄權。

1. About this platform

This website, app.thetimeslarp.com (the "Platform"), is operated by RHPW Limited, trading as "時空本館 TheTimesLarp" ("we", "us"). The Platform provides online booking, membership and stored-value services for live-action role-play (LARP) and murder-mystery game sessions. All sessions take place at our venue: Room 503, Fuk Hong Industrial Building, 60-62B Tong Mei Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

By using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

  1. You must register with your own valid Hong Kong mobile number, verified by SMS code. Your mobile number is used only for bookings and confirming session reservations.
  2. You must provide a name and your gender. Some scripts have gender quotas for characters.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  4. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fake bookings, impersonation, automated bulk operations or other abuse.

3. Bookings

  1. Three booking types are offered: scheduled sessions (fixed date and time), pooled sessions (players gather first, then agree a date) and private sessions (one player books for a whole team).
  2. A booking is not a confirmed session. Each script has a minimum number of players; a session is confirmed only when that minimum is reached.
  3. Once confirmed, we notify players through a WhatsApp group and arrange the deposit and session details.
  4. Sessions that do not reach the minimum may be cancelled. No charge applies to unconfirmed bookings.
  5. Players may book several overlapping sessions. When one is confirmed, the system automatically cancels the player's bookings for the other overlapping sessions.

4. Prices and deposits

  1. Prices are as shown on the Platform, in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
  2. After a session is confirmed, each player must pay a deposit within 48 hours. The deposit amount is announced per session. The balance is paid on the day of the game.
  3. VIP/SVIP members enjoy member prices and do not need to pay a separate deposit; it is paid automatically by the membership security deposit (see section 6).
  4. Cancellation, rescheduling and forfeiture of deposits are set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and bad weather

Rules on cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows, bad weather and related deposit handling are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Membership

We offer two membership tiers:

How to join

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp (+852 4439 1980) or ask a host in store.
  2. Pay the HKD 100 membership security deposit plus a top-up of at least HKD 1,000 (at least HKD 1,100 in total).
  3. Membership is active once we confirm on WhatsApp or a host confirms in person.

Membership terms

  1. A HKD 100 membership security deposit is paid on joining and is used to pay session deposits automatically. If a member withdraws from a session within 14 days of the game date, HKD 100 is deducted from their account as a rescue fund; within 2 days of the game date, the full session fee is deducted from their account as a rescue fund.
  2. A membership account is for the member's own use only and may not be lent to others.
  3. Each person may hold only one membership account under one phone number. Please tell us promptly if you need to change your phone number.
  4. The topped-up balance can only be used for our game sessions and services. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  5. When a member leaves the membership, we refund the HKD 100 membership security deposit. Any remaining topped-up balance is not refunded (see the Refund Policy).
  6. The latest version of these membership terms on this page applies.

7. Points and virtual items

Points and virtual items on the Platform (skins, avatar frames, souvenirs, gifts, etc.) are for use on the Platform only, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. We may adjust the rules for earning and using points from time to time and will announce changes on the Platform.

8. Online payments

  1. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Airwallex, and settled in HKD.
  2. We do not store your full card details.
  3. Successful payments are normally credited to your member account immediately. If a payment is not credited, please contact us (WhatsApp: +852 4439 1980).

9. Venue rules and conduct

  1. Players must follow venue rules and staff instructions and take care of the venue, props and game materials.
  2. We reserve the right to claim compensation for damage caused intentionally or negligently.
  3. We may refuse participation by anyone who disrupts other players or affects venue safety.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or participation in a game. Our liability for any session is limited to the amount the player actually paid for that session. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms, and all bookings, orders and payments made through the Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Your orders will be processed under the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
